Most of all the jewelry orders are handmade to order, we may get backed up with orders so please be patient to receive your package.
Processing time/Turn around time is about 3-12 business days for jewelry and/or jewelry/makeup orders

Processing time/Turn around time is about 2-8 business days for makeup only orders.

That time EXCLUDES holidays.

The time it takes your order to be shipped depends specifically on what you ordered & the current order load

We are not held responsible if an infection occurs. Please clean your jewelry before wearing it and know what you are allergic to!

If you feel unsatisfied about your order in any way, please contact us to let us know what's going on. We will try our best to help.
Keep in mind, it also takes both sides of the situation to resolve an issue!

Payment Methods

PayPal, Google Checkout, USD$ Cash, USD$ Personal Checks, and USD$ Money Orders.

Credit/Debit Cards, Pre-paid cards are also accepted, but have to be used with PayPal or Google Checkout

Please contact us BEFORE ordering if you are not going to purchase by PayPal or card.

Shipping

Shipping is from Southern California, USA via USPS.
All U.S. orders come with a Tracking Number.
USPS only provides a Tracking Number on International packages shipped by
EXPRESS MAIL.

Orders can be upgraded to Priority Mail or Express mail shipping by adding it in your cart.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.
Returns and exchanges can only be made if in the rare event, the item you have received is the incorrect item AND your jewelry is UNTOUCHED & UNWORN.

Lost and/or Damaged Packages

Please understand that we are not responsible for damaged packages by the postal service once it's drop it off.
We are not held responsible for lost packages in the mail; once the package is dropped off at the post office, it's out of our hands and now under the responsibility of the Post Office.

(Tracking Numbers/Customs Form Numbers will be used as "proof of shipment")
You may purchase INSURANCE at an additional cost to protect your package.

Only then, any loss or damage that happened can be taken up with the Post office.

We are not responsible for shipping to the wrong address if we had shipped it to the one listed on the PayPal shipment address / one you provided us with BEFORE shipment.

If a package has a Tracking number and it says "delivered," we are not responsible if you claim you have not received your package. That is PROOF that we truly shipped your package.
